粉末包裝機(jī)用途：該機(jī)適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的松散狀，無(wú)粘結(jié)性粉末狀物料并有計(jì)量要求的中小袋自動(dòng)包裝，如：咖啡粉，奶粉，豆奶粉，淀粉，藥粉，粉劑等。

粉末包裝機(jī)特點(diǎn)：

1. 性能*，強(qiáng)度高，噪聲低，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。放膜機(jī)械可成水平90°旋轉(zhuǎn)并增設(shè)了接膜機(jī)械，使換接膜與維修更加方便。

3. 自動(dòng)化程度高，本機(jī)從縱封，縱切，橫封，充填裝料，打碼，切易撕口，切虛線，橫切，直至成品袋輸出能一次性完成。
4. 采用高精度整體碾壓式熱封輥，作為封合模具。四邊封口，多列袋形式。包裝速度快，且袋形平整，精致美觀，包裝效率高。
5. 調(diào)整快捷方便，不需要更換模具就可以進(jìn)行袋長(zhǎng)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整。且縱封，橫封，充填料，打批號(hào)，切虛線，橫切等執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)均可通過(guò)人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
6. 灌裝計(jì)量精確，針對(duì)不同的粉末物料，根據(jù)其充填性狀不同，采用料位檢測(cè)，回轉(zhuǎn)式送料機(jī)構(gòu)，保證九時(shí)位高度始終*并且均勻。每列配以圓柱形葉片螺桿伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)加料，計(jì)量能獨(dú)立在人機(jī)界面上設(shè)定并可微調(diào)，計(jì)量精度高，每列袋都能方便地進(jìn)行精細(xì)準(zhǔn)確計(jì)量調(diào)整。
7. 采用光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)，保證了包裝袋雙面圖案自動(dòng)對(duì)版，并具有自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)功能。
8. 本機(jī)型特增設(shè)了行膜自動(dòng)糾偏與行膜阻尼機(jī)構(gòu)，保證行膜的直線度與張緊度的穩(wěn)定性，從而大大提高了袋形的平整與美觀程度。

6. Accurate in measurement. According to different granule material, specially designed of cylinder pushing vibrating type or flat shape push pull type adjustable measuring mechanism. Vibrating type matches with triangle adjustable measuring cup feeding mechanism, push pull type designed with plate inside measuring cups, both feeding system can be adjusted independently and accuray, each line’s dosage can be adjusted easily and accuray.
7. Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and with automatic counting function.
8. The machine with film automatic correction and film damping mechanism, to ensure the straightness and tension stability of film, and make the pouch more smooth and beautiful.
9. Adaptability of the package film, the sealing temperature of machine is with automatic control, and has high control accuracy(±1℃). Suitable for most complex film packing film: such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE and so on.
10. Extra functions set up, for example, sachet cutting can choose dotted line knife or flat cutting knife, abnormal shape knife etc, and can choose different kinds of alarm requirement.
