【瘦肉精的危害】

【產品簡介】

本產品為克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡，用于定性檢測豬、牛、羊尿液、組織和飼料中的瘦肉精殘留，整個檢測過程只需要3-5分鐘左右。

【檢測限】

克倫特羅3ng/ml（3ppb），萊克多巴胺3ng/ml（3ppb），沙丁胺醇3ng/ml（3ppb）

【產品組成】

克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡（40T/盒）

滴管（1個/袋）、干燥劑（1片/袋）

【樣品處理】

用干燥、潔凈的離心管或適當容器采集50ml左右尿液。如果不立即檢測，待檢樣本在2-8℃存放，可保存24小時，注意避免腐壞造成失效或污染。出現陽性結果應按法定程序分瓶封裝樣品用于確證法檢測。

【使用步驟】

1、測試前先完整閱讀說明書，使用前將檢測卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復至室溫4～30℃。

2、從原包裝袋中取出檢測卡，打開后請在一個小時內盡快地使用。

3、將檢測卡平放，用滴管吸取待檢樣品溶液，緩慢垂直滴加2-3滴于加樣孔中，加樣后開始計時。

4、結果應在3-5分鐘時讀取，其他時間判讀無效，根據示意圖判定結果。

【結果判斷】

1. 陰性（-）：兩條紫紅色條帶出現。表示樣品中不含有瘦肉精或其濃度低于檢測限。
2. 陽性（+）：檢測T線無顯色，則表示樣品中瘦肉精濃度高于檢測限。

1. 無效：未出現質控C線，表明操作過程不正確或檢測卡已失效。

【注意事項】

1、檢測卡請在保質期內一次性使用；

2、檢測時避免陽光直射和電風扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現沉淀或渾濁物，請離心后再檢測；

6、試驗遇到的任何問題，請與供應商。

【儲存及有效期】

原包裝應儲存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍；有效期24個月。有效期及批號見外包裝。

萊克多巴胺的毒性遠低于具有相同功能的其它瘦肉精添加物。常規劑量的瘦肉精類藥物可在機體內被代謝并排出體外，不會對機體造成傷害，但過量攝入萊克多巴胺，人體會出現不同程度的中毒反應，其癥狀與動物中毒癥狀相似，表現為肌肉震顫、四肢麻痹、心動過速、心律失常、腹痛、肌肉疼痛、瘦肉精眩暈等癥狀，重者可引發高血壓、心臟病甚至死亡。
二、目前世界各國對萊克多巴胺在養殖業的適用范圍的規定不盡相同
當萊克多巴胺的使用量為臨床使用量的5～10倍時，可以增加胴體蛋白質含量、減少脂肪組織，有效提高瘦肉率和飼料利用率。目前，食品法典委員會（CAC）制定的萊克多巴胺在豬和牛中的zui高殘留量（MRL）標準均為：肌肉10μg/kg、脂肪10μg/kg、肝40μg/kg、腎90μg/kg，每日允許攝入量（ADI）為0-1μg/kg。世界各國對萊克多巴胺在養殖業適用范圍的規定不盡相同。在美國、加拿大、日本、墨西哥、巴西、澳大利亞等24個國家和地區，萊克多巴胺可作為瘦肉精被允許用于畜禽養殖，以提高動物的蛋白質含量和瘦肉率；但在歐盟、中國、俄羅斯等國家，畜牧養殖中該類藥物被全面禁止。中國臺灣地區不允許使用，但允許進口使用了β-瘦肉精的動物產品。
三、我國禁止生產、銷售和在動物養殖中使用萊克多巴胺
2002年，農業部、原衛生部、原國家藥品監督管理局聯合發布《禁止在飼料和動物飲用水中使用的藥物品種目錄》（農業部公告第176號）禁止萊克多巴胺在動物養殖中的使用。2011年12月5日，工信部、農業部、商務部、原衛生部、國家工商行政管理總局、國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局六部委發布聯合公告（2011年第41號），要求即日起在我國境內禁止生產和銷售萊克多巴胺。
因此，專家建議：一是從源頭上進行把控，將肉類安全風險降至zui低。畜牧養殖者應在源頭上嚴格禁止萊克多巴胺在養殖中的使用。加強對飼料生產流通過程的監控，以及對豬、牛、羊等養殖場的管理，推廣簡便、快捷、準確的檢測方法。二是監管部門加強對進口肉類產品的監管。鑒于近年來我國畜肉進口量逐年增加，監管部門應在嚴控國內肉制品質量的同時，加強對進口肉類產品藥物殘留的監督抽查，嚴禁不合格肉類產品進入我國。三是消費者要理性認識肉品的安全問題。食品藥品監管總局2014、2015年肉及肉制品的抽檢合格率為96.6%，對抽檢不合格的產品，特別是檢出萊克多巴胺的個別批次產品都要求有關單位及時采取下架等措施，同時進行追根溯源，嚴格查處。消費者應理性看待肉品安全問題，注重從正規渠道采購。同時，要關注本級食品藥品監管部門公布的抽檢結果，不要購買監管部門公布的抽檢不合格產品。瘦肉精
